We are committed to sourcing the highest quality beans from around the world, ensuring each step from farm to cup is conducted with transparency and respect for both the environment and the farmers.
Our dedication to sustainability is demonstrated through our Rainforest Alliance and Soil Association organic certifications, reflecting our commitment to environmentally and socially responsible farming practices. By adhering to these standards, we ensure that our coffee production supports biodiversity, fair wages, and sustainable land use. We embrace the principles of the circular economy by partnering with local businesses to repurpose by-products that would otherwise end up in landfill. This collaborative approach reduces waste and supports innovative uses of coffee grounds and other materials by transforming them into the very tables we serve our food and coffee on in our coffee houses.
In our coffee houses, we offer a menu with a strong emphasis on vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as allergen-friendly options. This inclusivity allows us to cater to a diverse range of dietary needs, making our spaces welcoming to all, as well as opting for plant-based ingredients where possible to reduce our environmental impact.
