Based in the North Laine, Brighton, The Sydney Street site is Trading Post’s largest roastery, and is one of the most iconic coffee shops in Brighton.

The Roastery is the hub of operations for the company, roasting our blends on site for all of our wholesale and retail customers. Roasting on a brand new Probat UG 15, the site is capable of keeping up with the requirements of customers in Brighton and around the country.

Not just a roastery, the site also has our most extensive selection of home brewing equipment and the staff to show you how to make a perfect coffee with each piece of equipment we sell, plus a fully functioning coffee shop serving all your favourite beverages and snacks. We use a 3-Group La Marzocco KB90 to brew the best tasting coffee in the North Laines from our 4 signature blends and rotational single origins.

Soon we will be launching courses which will be run in our training room, upstairs in The Roastery, which is also used for Wholesale partners’ training sessions. Here you will be able to book to join our courses covering everything from home brewing and latte art to professional barista and roasting courses. Keep an eye out on our social media for updates!
