Hermosa, Costa Rica, opens our single origin lineup for 2026 with a bright, aromatic brew that delivers a tropical lift and a sensorial escape from the colder months closer to home. The southern-central region of Costa Rica, with steep slopes, cool nights, and volcanic soils, shapes the coffee’s clean, vibrant character.

Honey process Catuai, Caturra, and Obata varietals offer a lively, fruit-forward profile with notes of honeydew melon, raspberry, and green apple. The light–medium roast brings a syrupy, jam-like body with a sweet aftertaste and an invigorating fruity aroma.

Behind every brew is a cooperative transforming its region, supporting young people through education and sport, opening new opportunities for women, and driving environmental innovation through Project One, which converts mill by-products and captured air pollution into low-impact fertiliser, strengthening a genuinely circular economy.
