Gotiti, Ethiopia
Grown by around 350 smallholder farmers in Gedeb Woreda, Yirgacheffe, at elevations up to 2,300 metres, this coffee comes from one of Ethiopia's most celebrated regions, where cool temperatures, rich soils and steady rainfall produce coffees of remarkable clarity.
Ripe cherries are handpicked between November and January, then slowly dried whole using a natural process that draws out the coffee's vibrant fruit character. The result is a bright, expressive cup with notes of sherbet lemon, mango ice cream, pineapple, and delicate florals, balanced by a creamy body and zesty aroma.
