1. Eligibility
   This promotion (“Offer”) titled the 15% Anniversary Loyalty Discount is open exclusively to recipients of the promotional email issued by Trading Post Coffee Roasters. The Offer is valid for one use per customer and applies only to purchases made through www.tradingpostcoffee.co.uk.
2. Discount Details
   a. The Offer provides a 15% discount on eligible coffee products.
   b. Eligible products include coffee beans, ground coffee, and coffee pods only.
   c. The Offer excludes gift cards, merchandise, brewing equipment, coffee subscriptions, and any other non-coffee items.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
   a. The Offer is valid online only and not available in-store.
   b. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or sale price.
   c. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
   d. Limit of one redemption per customer.
   e. The Offer code must be applied at checkout for the discount to be valid.
4. Validity Period
   The 15% Anniversary Loyalty Discount is valid for one month from the date the promotional email is received. After this period, the Offer will automatically expire and cannot be reissued, extended, or transferred.
5. Redemption
   To redeem the Offer, customers must enter the unique promotional code at checkout on www.tradingpostcoffee.co.uk before completing their purchase.
6. General Conditions
   a. Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
   b. Orders found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be cancelled or deemed ineligible for the discount.
   c. The Offer is non-transferable and must only be used by the original recipient of the promotional email.

  Discounts apply only to qualifying products purchased during the promotional period.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other discount codes, vouchers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• All offers are subject to stock availability
• Complimentary or bundled items (e.g. free Polar Espresso bags) are subject to availability and may be replaced with an equivalent product if necessary.
• Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
• There is no cash alternative to any promotional offer, discount, or free item.
• Refunds and exchanges on discounted products will be processed in line with our standard Returns Policy, based on the discounted purchase price.
• Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to verify the validity of any purchase and to cancel or refuse any transaction that appears to breach these Terms.

Physical Coffee House Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

Trading Post Coffee Roasters Physical Coffee House Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of initial value loading.

• Gift cards are redeemable exclusively in-store at official Trading Post Coffee Roasters coffee house locations and may only be used for the purchase of food, beverages, coffee beans, and in-store coffee brewing equipment.
• Gift cards are not valid for redemption on the Trading Post Coffee Roasters website (www.tradingpostcoffee.co.uk), at partner venues, or at any third-party retailers or independent establishments using Trading Post Coffee products.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
• No change or credit will be given for any unused balance. 
• Gift cards may not be used as payment or part-payment towards private venue hire or event bookings.
• Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
