This limited seasonal release comes from Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia at Finca Monteblanco in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia.

A third-generation coffee farmer, Rodrigo is known for innovative processing methods that create vibrant, fruit-forward coffees while showcasing the unique conditions of his high-altitude farm.

This lot features Rodrigo's signature fruit co-fermentation process. A culture of selected yeasts, lactobacillus, mango, and sugar-rich ingredients are fermented with the pulped coffee cherry, undergoing an extended 180-hour fermentation. This enhances the sweet, complex and fruity character.

The result is a bold and expressive cup with notes of ripe mango, passionfruit, lychee, candied citrus, and honey. The body is silky and juicy, balanced by bright acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
