With no short amount of dedication, we have selected fully organic certified origins, roasted them to a perfect medium roast in our organic roaster in picturesque Lewes and blended with a new take on the traditional coffee shop blend. The result is the nutty aftertaste, thick rich crema that make this blend special, and its combination of flavours are truly unique.
LATIN BLEND [CERTIFIED BY THE RAINFOREST ALLIANCE]
Crafted using exclusive Latin American origins; full of flavour with dark chocolate notes for a wickedly indulgent cup. We dedicate our efforts to creating a signature blend that can be enjoyed as an after-dinner dessert or in any start-of-day ritual. Roasted to achieve the highest level of caramelization and blended to create an ‘easy to fall in love with’ taste with a sweet and smooth experience.

Complex penta-origin blend sourced from the Americas, Africa and Asia. Remarkably unique taste loaded with vanilla and spices with a refreshing citrus aftertaste. The creation of this blend is no small feat. The truest form of speciality coffee blend that we are proud to call our own. Brighton-born to please any coffee connoisseur’s palate. Each 100% Arabica origin is separately roasted specifically to enrich the bright flavours found in every cup.

Keeping true to the original espresso blend parameters, it is roasted with a strict full city roast profile. Dark and bold, this remarkable blend is crafted from Central American and Asian origins and treated with true Italian passion.
MOUNTAIN WATER DECAF
The Mountain Water Decaffeination process is a natural method of removing caffeine. The beans arrive post-process and are handled with extreme care as it demands a higher level of respect. Always the first roast of the days’ cycles as it roasts faster and darkens more distinctively. Our blend comes packed with gloriously sweet, nutty aromas and an earthy mellow flavour that won't keep you up all night.
